SHIPPING TIMELINE

Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your order. Keep in mind, we're in full swing on business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays. As soon as your K&S Nails package begins its journey to you, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to chart its progress.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery time is based on average estimates, and tracking updates may occasionally be delayed. Please don’t worry—just allow a bit of extra time. If your tracking hasn’t updated for over a week, feel free to contact us, and we’ll promptly reach out to the shipping partner to investigate and ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.

ADDRESS CHANGE/ORDER CANCEL

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled or intercepted. Thank you so much for your understanding and support! 

LOST OR STOLEN ITEM

SHIPPING DAMAGE NOTICE

In rare cases, items may be damaged during transit. If your order arrives with shipping damage, please contact us at and provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.
